High potential and gifted education

Some students learn faster and more easily than others. These students may shine in creativity, thinking, leadership or sport.

At Woollahra, students are encouraged to strive for excellence both in and beyond the classroom. A wide range of co-curricular activities gives gifted and high potential learners the chance to challenge themselves, showcase their talents, and shine in competitive settings. Teachers adapt lessons to meet the needs of every student, ensuring learning is engaging and appropriately challenging. With strong systems in place to identify and support gifted learners, and flexible groupings that allow students to learn at their own pace, Woollahra creates an environment where every student can thrive.
